Syttende Mai 10 Mile Aid Station - Saturday May 18th PDF Print E-mail
We will again be hosting an aid station at this year's Syttende Mai 10 mile race from the Capitol Square to Stoughton, WI.  If you are interested in volunteering please email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .

The Syttende Mai 20 mile run starts at 7:30am at the Madison Capitol Square and finishes in Mandt Park in Stoughton on Saturday, May 18th.  The 10 mile run starts at the 10 mile mark of the race route, Sand Hill Road in the Town of Dunn (near the cemetary). The timing chips start with the opening gun shot.  Don't be late! 
 
9th Annual Full Moon Run - Thursday July 25th, 2013 PDF Print E-mail

The 9th annual Movin' Shoes Full Moon Run this year will be held on Thursday July 25th, 2013.  Last year the race filled up in record time, and space is limited to 500 runners, so be sure to sign up soon!

Mile for Boston - Saturday April 20th at Bernie's Beach PDF Print E-mail
Join us as we dedicate a mile to Boston on Saturday, April 20th. We will leave from Bernie's Beach (Full Moon Start location) at 1:30 and run a silent mile in honor of the Boston Marathon. 

DETAILS: The official 1 mile will start from Bernie's Beach (901 Gilson Street) at 1:30 PM. Either meet at Bernie's Beach by 1:25 or leave with a group from Movin' Shoes at 1:20 and run to the start.
*We ask that runners are silent for the first mile as we keep our thoughts on Boston. Most of the group will continue running around the bay -- feel free to keep running with us!

The Trail Run has been postponed until Wednesday, April 24th.  Meet at the store at 5:30pm and from there we'll head to the Arboretum for a trail run, and afterwards Chiropracter and distance runner, Andrew Schupp, will be here to share tips and techniques to get back on the trails and avoid injuries!
