All-inclusive Ironman Training Camp from Blake Becker - August 6th - 8th PDF Print E-mail

Blake Becker Multisport Coaching

August 6-8, 2010 - "Ironing Out Your Ironman" is designed to give athletes an opportunity to come away from camp ready to race. Whether they are racing in a few weeks time, later in the year or in future seasons. There will be fully supported training each day, time to go over race plans and to get all of your questions answered. There will also be guest speakers, free gear and a detailed analysis of the Ironman Wisconsin course. This camp is for the athlete who is racing Ironman Louisville, Canada, Wisconsin, Kona, Florida or Arizona, as well as the athlete who is just looking for a catered training and educational weekend. All abilities are welcome, from first timers to seasoned veterans.

Taught by local professional triathlete Blake Becker, the cost of the camp is only $400 for Friday, Saturday and Sunday.  The only thing not included in the cost is transportation and accomodation. Blake can provide information with lodging options if you need. The camp will include a pool swim on Friday, followed by an easy evening ride and dinner at an Italian restaurant which is yet to be determined.  There will also be a few guest speakers who will present. Saturday will include a long ride on the Ironman Wisconsin bike course and short transition run. There will then be personal time to talk, nap, etc. before dinner. Sunday will include a supported open water swim and long run on the Ironman Course.

Send an email to blakebeck@gmail.com with any questions or if you are interested, just a handfull of slots remain open.
