Wednesday speed workouts (Tuesdays in Summer) are at the Shell at UW Madison and begin at 6pm and finish by 7pm. Runners will need to have either a Shell pass, or purchase a day pass for $7.00. The direction in which people are allowed to run on the track alternate directions day by day. Unless you are a UW student, anyone wishing to participate will need to purchase a pass to use the Shell. The other option is to come in as someone’s guest for $5.00 a time. You will need to have someone with a pass “sponsor” you as their guest. During summer, Tuesday track workouts are at the UW Dan McClimon Track.
